Technical Features

        Prepreg machine is mainly used to complete the impregnation composite between resin and fiber, divided into single-sided composite and double-sided composite two kinds of technology, the equipment is mainly to produce double-sided composite prepreg cloth, the constant tension control system, automatically adjust the speed and position relationship, combined with the hardware system of the equipment, processing a variety of fiber prepreg cloth.

Prepreg machine performance specifications

2. The upper and lower two layers of resin film unwinding device is equipped with a deviation correction device, the upper and lower release paper edges are aligned, the deviation is not more than ±1mm; All winding mechanisms have tension adjustment devices.

3. The fiber surface density deviation is controlled within ± 3%; The gauze grating can adjust the hole spacing, and the two specifications can be changed to meet the composite requirements of fabric sheets.

4. Equipped with multiple sets of hot pressing compound steel rolls, steel roll gap digital display can be adjusted, control precision ±0.001mm, steel roll diameter φ400mm, the highest working temperature 130 ℃; Effective width 600-1270mm.

5. Steel roll heating with automatic timing heating and automatic shutdown system.

6. The main control box is equipped with closed cooling and dustproof devices.

Gluing machine

        The coating machine is suitable for the resin coating process of epoxy resin matrix composite materials, which is a key equipment for the production of special fiber reinforced thermosetting composite materials by two-step method. The thickness error of the coating film of the equipment directly determines the impregnation quality of the subsequent special fiber.
