Technical Features

    The multi-axial warp knitting machine adopts multi-system feeding weft device, which can be laid in a sheet shape in different directions (±45°, 0°, 90°), and can achieve single or cross weaving of high performance fibers such as carbon fiber, aramide fiber, polyimide fiber, and glass fiber. After the warp knitting machine binding yarn fixed to form a multi-axial fabric. The whole device is divided into two parts: one is an online host device, and the other is an offline fiber spreading device. Off-line fiber spreader provides the host with 0° and 90° carbon fiber pan head after fiber spreader.

The product fabric can be used to make fairing, wings, wind blades, car bodies and other structural parts

Offline fiber spreading machine

        Off-line fiber spreader mainly according to the process requirements of a certain specification of finished carbon fiber through unwinding, drafting, heating, vibration fiber development and other processes, so that carbon fiber can be fully laid out, and with a certain tension and set length wound to the corresponding pan head.

It can be used as an independent device, or it can be used with a multi-axial warp knitting machine.
